Testing the Store After Upgrades / Changes
Store Operations
- When testing the store after system upgrades or changes:
- Perform test customer journey – perform 3–5 customer journeys and verify in AiFi Console if sessions are properly registered, videos are generated, and transactions are processed:
- Enter as a customer (not employee)
- Interact with different gondolas, pick up products
- Put back the products to where they were
- If the store has a 3rd party machine (e.g. coffee machine) – order an exemplary product
- Exit the store to close the session
- Perform test customer journey – perform 3–5 customer journeys and verify in AiFi Console if sessions are properly registered, videos are generated, and transactions are processed:
- Open the store in Operations App and verify basic functions work as intended:
- Store selection
- Employee QR code entry
- Changing/replacing products
