Testing the Store After Upgrades / Changes

Store Operations

  • When testing the store after system upgrades or changes:
    • Perform test customer journey – perform 3–5 customer journeys and verify in AiFi Console if sessions are properly registered, videos are generated, and transactions are processed:
      • Enter as a customer (not employee)
      • Interact with different gondolas, pick up products
      • Put back the products to where they were
      • If the store has a 3rd party machine (e.g. coffee machine) – order an exemplary product
      • Exit the store to close the session
  • Open the store in Operations App and verify basic functions work as intended:
    • Store selection
    • Employee QR code entry
    • Changing/replacing products
